Austin Frangoules founded East Coast Mortgage and leads it as Owner and CEO. He started in real estate in 2015, became a licensed real estate broker in Virginia and North Carolina in 2018, and built Austin James Realty to 52 agents and more than $60 million in annual sales volume by 2024 before merging it into Keller Williams Capital Properties in 2025. He also owns and manages seven short-term rental homes in Snowshoe, West Virginia, so the financing questions second-home buyers and rental investors ask are ones he has had to answer for himself.
