Information We Collect

When you submit a form on this site or start a loan application, we collect the information you provide: your name, address, and phone number; income and credit history; bank and credit card account numbers; and, where a loan application requires it, your Social Security number. We also collect standard technical data (browser type, pages visited) through normal website analytics.

Why We Collect It

We use your information to connect you with a licensed loan officer, respond to your questions, and process any loan application you choose to start. Federal law (the USA PATRIOT Act) also requires us to obtain and verify identifying information for anyone who applies for a loan, as part of the government's efforts against money laundering and terrorism financing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How We Protect It

As required by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act's Safeguards Rule, we maintain a written Information Security Plan. As part of that plan, we've designated employees to coordinate our information security program, assessed the risks to customer information across our operations, built and regularly test a safeguards program to control those risks, and vet the service providers we work with for their own safeguards. Every employee is required to sign our Employee Confidentiality Pledge.

Sharing

We share your information with the licensed loan officer assigned to your inquiry, the lenders we submit your file to if you apply for a loan, and service providers who help us operate this site and process loans, under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or mortgage industry regulation.

Cookies

This site may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use it and to improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Marketing Communications & Your Choices

If you ask us not to call, text, or email you, we will honor that request even if we've worked together before. Email opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days. We do not sell or share the contact information of anyone who has opted out. You can make this request at any time by replying to any message from us or calling (757) 493-1582.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about our products, services, or how you were treated, contact us and it will be directed to our Compliance Officer. You'll receive a preliminary response within 15 calendar days, and we aim to fully resolve complaints within 60 calendar days.
